An Arizona grand jury indicted several important allies of former President Donald Trump — including former Trump attorney and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former Arizona Republican Chair Kelli Ward, and former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows — for their roles in disputing the results of the 2020 presidential election.

This follows new polls showing Trump leading Biden in the presidential race.

Nick Arama, writing for Red State yesterday, said, "Joe Biden is fond of saying that he's Catholic and he frequently attends mass. But that doesn't seem to have taught him much in terms of the Church's theology."

"Usually, I wouldn't talk much about anyone's religious belief except for the fact that he's constantly pushing his 'devoutness' -- while lying and promoting abortion, which is against basic Church teaching."

He was referring to an incident where the president made the sign of the Cross while promoting abortion.

A lot of Catholics are deeply offended by his actions. We should all be offended.

But how should we respond in our hearts?

United Methodist Church Rejects the "Straight" Gate

What's left of the United Methodist Church has chosen its first African American woman president, and she's expected to help officially usher in the Leftist's long-awaited amendments to the Book of Discipline.

The church that John Wesley founded has become confused and has lost its way in the darkness of our times.

They have rejected the "straight gate" Jesus spoke of and embraced the "wide" and "broad" ways that lead to destruction.

H
ours before the start of the Jewish holiday of Passover on Monday evening, Columbia University President Minouche Shafik said in a message to the school community that she was “deeply saddened” by what was happening on campus.

She said, "I am announcing that all classes will be held virtually on Monday. Faculty and staff should work remotely, when possible," and that "students who don’t live on campus should stay away."

What is "going on?"

Colleges and universities across the nation are experiencing violent protests against Israel.

What is at the heart of the protests?

Seattle Times: 'Every part of this soil is sacred'

As Mother Earth ascends to the throne today, the Seattle Times has joined in the worship by quoting Leonard Forsman---a Native American and chairman of the Suquamish Tribe, who is quoting Chief Seattle.

The Times carried this headline yesterday: "Every part of this soil is sacred’: Restore respect for our shared home."

I was born and raised in Yakima and the Yakima Valley---near the Yakima Indian Reservation in central Washington.

I understand the ways of the tribes and some of their beliefs---I went to school and played with friends who were part of the Tribe.

While the Seattle Times preferred not to directly call everyone to some form of worship of the Earth today, they opted to quote Chief Seattle and use him to carry their message.
